When create a web project with wizard, if you click "Finish" button in the first step, the depended projects will not be imported

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a web project with wizard
2.Fill the project name in the first step and select "Web 2.0 client application"
3.Click "Finish" button
The dojo and widgets projects were not imported
