The redirect from http to https doesn't work.

The link       http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=30543
should go to   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=30543
but it goes to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/?id=30543
which is a "Welcome to Bugzilla" page.
