VE doesn't work if add XMLRunner setting in eclipse.ini
You may download XUNRuner from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/1.9.1.19/runtimes/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open EDT by default eclipse.ini setting
2. Create Web Client Project, create RUIHandler.
3. Make sure it can be open by VE, and shown correctly.
4. Close EDT, add -Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=PATH_TO_XULRunner in eclipse.ini
5. Restart EDT, open RUIHandler. The VE got error: "can not open %RUIHandler Name%"
6. Open Window --> Preferences --> EGL --> Rich UI --> Appearance Make "Mozilla XULRunner" checked
7. The existing RUIHandler cannot shown correctly by VE, but new RUIHandlers are correct.
