debug, breakpoint,toggle

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. new a rui handler with some codes
2. add some breakpoints on ruler and it shows the bright blue dots.
3. remove the breakpoints, the bright blues dots disappear but leaving some white ones. it seems that the developer forget to remove the circle. it is really confusing.

it is about the toggle breakpoint.
pls ignore it.
