The EGL Build Path setting lose after export/import operations

Reproducible: Always

1.there are two basic egl projects A and B in a workspace.
2.Open properties->EGL Build Path for A, check B in both 'Project' and 'Order and Export' Tabs
3.Export A and B to a zip file
4.Create a new workspace and import the PI, first time only import A
5.open properties->EGL Build Path for A, B disappeared in 'Project' Tab and still was checked in 'Order and Export' Tab
