In the EGL Settings page of New Project Wizard, user could not un-check the checkbox of Rich UI widgets. But it appears user could select or not select this library.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click Project Explore view, and click New -> EGL Project, the New EGL Project wizard is opened.
2. In the New EGL Project page, input a Project name, and click Next button. 
3. In the Proeject Templates page, select Web Client Project or Web Client With Services Project, then click Next button.
Actual results: Int the EGL Settings page, the checkbox of Rich UI widgets is selected by default and shown as editable. But user could not change the status of the checkbox at all. If this liarary must be selected, I suggest make its checkbox shown disabled here.
