Build Identifier: 7.5.1.v20110908

Update jetty-archetype-assembler to:

- Default to the latest release (7.5.1.v20110908)
- Generate a dependency repository with the application directory so that it does not rely on Maven cache and does not require the REPO variable to be set
- Not include an @author annotation in the generate Main.java
