The APIs of the editor-related services [1] should be cleaned up.
Should use consistent parameter names across services (eg. reason vs. label, and column vs. character) but don't break compatibility with service implementations that were written for 0.2.http://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Documentation/Developer_Guide/Plugging_into_the_editor

Changed format of "problems" array returned by orion.edit.validator services. 
- Renamed reason to description
- Renamed character to start

The old names are still tolerated, but jslintPlugin and docs have been updated to refer to the new names.
