The tycho-versions-plugin doesn't update category.xml files, which referenced features with versions.

tycho-versions-plugin only updates the versions of the projects in the POM and in the corresponding Eclipse artifact (where this contains the version again, like in the bundle manifest and feature.xml). The tycho-version-plugin does not update dependencies, as in the case of a category.xml.

If you want the latest version of a feature to be included in a p2 repository, use the version 0.0.0. This works most of the times (see bug 352081).
