Although there (still?) is a setting in the preferences to change the font of a viewpart's title, the font is anything but what you define.
Additionally on my system the font is massive, so I can't even live with the standard font - see the attachment.

I tried with the Juno Milestones 1 & 2.

Changing the CSS value should solve your problem.
