Description Venkat CLA 2011-09-20 07:05:31 EDT
Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.6 SDK

Moving any html file from the 'WebContent' folder to Project directory removes the respective file from the project/workspace.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Static Web Project (say myProj)
2. Create a HTML file (say Sample)
File -> New -> Other... -> Web -> HTML File
3. Provide valid name and complete the 'New HTML' wizard
4. Make sure that Sample.html file is listed in the 'WebContent' folder in the Project directory
5. Select 'Sample.html', Open context menu and select 'Move...'
6. Select 'myProj' in the 'Move Resources' dialog and click on OK to complete the dialog
7. Observe that file is no more available in the project.

Almost sounds like a duplicate of bug 294819.
Comment 2 Nitin Dahyabhai CLA 2011-09-20 07:51:24 EDT
Or of bug 335247. Have you applied the available updates to 3.6.2 / Helios SR2?
Comment 3 Chris Jaun CLA 2013-06-17 14:51:16 EDT
Can't reproduce this.
