While working on SMILA example workflows (see attachment) I noticed that the validator incorrectly reports problems in XPath segments e.g. "The XPath segment "child::rec:Record[1]" cannot be resolved." ODE (The BPEL engine) has no problems with the workflow.

As first workaround I changed the problem marker to a warning.
