Format in Source Editor does not work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a rui handler in a rui project with some code
2.right click in the source editor - EGL Source - Format
Result: nothing happends. Both Combo key and menu do not work
Note: Format in Project Explore works.
