No shortcut key for "OK“ button when adding implement interface for service

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Web Client with Service Project, create a interface
2. Open service creation wizard
3. Click "add" button to add interface
4. The "OK" button do not have a shortcut key

To be compatible with other dialogs, will not provide a short key for OK button
