Build Identifier: 20110919 nightly build

When creating service, same name&package  interface in different project can only add once

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two Web Client with Service Project "test1" and "test2", add "test2" to the project reference of "test1" 
2. Create same name interface in same package of the two projects
3. Create service in "test1" project
4. In the service creation wizard add interface of "test1" first
5. Add interface of "test2", only one of the same name interface added, and no alert message shows up.

When adding duplicate interface, dialog info will show this fact
