Build Identifier: 20110919 nightly build

DD file can not be created if EGLSource directory changed in EGL preference. It seems the EGL source folder name is hard code.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Window"->"Preferences", switch to "EGL" page
2. Modify "Source Folder Name" to a valid name other than default name 
3. Create new EGL project(any type)
4. An error message popped up, "Resource '/TestProject/EGLSource' does not exist". And the DD file doesn't created.

Fixed in Basic Project, but still happens in Web Client Project and Web Client with Service Project
