Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with entity
2. Add method for the entity
3. Add annotation for the method
4. Remove method. 
See that annotation is not removed and annotation file is marked with warning.
The same issue for artifact and constant.
When I remove entity, annotation is also removed

Now if you remove attribute/literal/method/method argument corresponding annotations are removed.
