Build Identifier: 20110918 nightly build

When import DD file to the current file, the DD editor should not let user select the current DD file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Web Client Project
2. Open DD file by DD editor, switch to "Import" tab
3. Open the DD file browser
4. User can add current DD file by browser. This should not be.

Fixed. 

If user select the currect dd, error message will say:
Choose an deployment descriptor other then the current one.

If user select a dd which is already imported, error message will say:
Selected deployment descriptor is already imported.

In both cases, user can not proceed to click OK

I'll get Theresa review the message.
