When opening php file in eclipse using "PHP Editor" eclipse hangs indefinetly.  Sometimes it will at least open the file but as soon as you type, move the cursor, or click in the editor eclipse will freeze. Opening the file with the text editor works fine.  
Size of the file does not seem to matter.  Task manager shows 0% processor utilization

I've attached a file that will open, but as soon as you try to use it will hang.

Note:  This *SEEMS* to have started after a power failure unexpectedly terminated Eclipse.  I have since tried uninstalling and reinstalling eclipse and trying with multiple workspaces, but it seems to always happen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file with the "PHP Editor"
2. Type, or click around the editor
3. Will eventually freeze

Can not be reproduced,I think this bug has been fixed already,but the binary build for the latest code is not available.

No similar hangs lately. Closing
