Build Identifier: 20110615-0604 I organize my workspaces with the following structure: "/home/<user>/workspaces/workspaceX/projectX" But I have allways a zombie workspace beside my workspaces in: "/home/<user>/workspace" I have never used the workspace in my home folder. When I remove it, it will be generated when I load another workspace. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Remove the workspace on your home folder 2. Create a workspace on a different workspace location 3. Create some projects in the workspace on the different workspace location 4. Change some settings 5. You have a zombie workspace under "/home/<user>/workspace"
Hansgeorg, can you please check if this zombie workspace is something more than just an empty folder or a folder with .metadata/.log file only? Szymon, I saw a case where default workspace was created when p2.director could not resolve bundle dependencies and .log was created in default location to log an error. Unfortunately, no steps to reproduce on demand.
Hello Szymon, there is a .metadata folder containing a .plugins and .mylyn folder. Best regards Hansgeorg

One of reasons could be "Preferences > Mylyn > Tasks > Advanced > Data directory" set to "/home/<user>/workspace". Could you check that?
Marking WORKSFORME. Feel free to reopen, if you have reproducible steps.
