Alternately clicking on the Project explorer and Model explorer tabs should cause the Project explorer to repopulate every time its visible.  However, every other time it is visible, the Project explorer is blank.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Papyrus Perspective
2. File->New->Papyrus Project
3. Project name: InventoryManager
4. Next
5. Diagram Language: UML
6. Finish
7. Close model.di in the Model editor
8. Right click model.di in Model explorer.
9. Rename...
10. InventoryManager.di
11. Right click model.uml in Model explorer.
12. Rename...
13. InventoryManager.uml
14. Right click model.notation in Model explorer.
15. Rename...
16. InventoryManager.notation
17. Right click on Model Explorer tab.
    * The model explorer is blank.
18. Right click on Project Explorer tab.
    * The project explorer is blank.
19. Right click on Model Explorer tab.
    * The model explorer is still blank.
20. Right click on Project Explorer tab.
    * The project explorer is filled with project icons.

Misidentified the tabs and some of the left/right clicks.

Steps to Reproduce:

17. Left click on Model Explorer tab.
    * The model explorer is blank.
18. Left click on Project Explorer tab.
    * The project explorer is blank.

    * The model explorer is still blank.
20. Left click on Project Explorer tab.
    * The project explorer is filled with project icons.

If step 7 is skipped the Project explorer is always redrawn.
