- observed with the 4.2M2 candidate build on 64-but Ubuntu 10
- the same build works fine on 64-bit Cocoa, so I'm assuming it's an swt issue
- marking as Major because I was relying on these tooltips for using the EGit views

- hover over any tool item (eg.- the three at the top of the Package Explorer's view) and note that its tool tip usually does not show, or may only show after a 10s delay, or only after a small mouse wiggle
- these tooltips work fine in the Control Example, so presumably there's something special about the case in e4
