Scan both the RT and the JS generator for the following and remove them:

1)  Occurrences of "new egl.eglx.lang.StrLib" or "new egl.eglx.lang.StringLib" in constructors

2)  this.jsrt$SysVar= new egl.egl.core.SysVar();   seems to serve no purpose and should be removed after confirming with Matt and Joe.
