1. Remove "generate outside workspace" option because that won't deploy or run. 

2. Whenever a change is made to project compiler setting, the project will be rebuild. Whenever a change is made to the compiler preference setting, any project uses the preference setting(does not have project specific setting) will be rebuild. 

3. change  "Generation directory" to "Generation folder"
