Create a new Web Client project to import org.eclipse.edt.rui.widgets_0.7.0.
Errors in TreeTooltip.egl:

IWN.VAL.3433.e 20/11 The type TreeTooltipTextProvider is not instantiable. The reference to this type must be defined as nullable.
