Steps:
1. Open Ecore diagram
2. Right click on element

Remove from Context and Remove Model Element from Context have the same key binding.

So they do. I'd actually wanted to override the Remove from Context for the editor, but see bug 357751.

Key-binding is now the contortionist M1+M2+M3+SHIFT+ARROW_UP.

Scratch that. M1+M2+M3+SHIFT+ARROW_UP == M1+M2+M3+ARROW_UP. I've played around with some other combos but haven't really found anything that works well and matches existing Mylyn key-bindings. Suggestions welcome, but for now we'll go without.
