Define a record then use this record in a function, but the content assist did not prompt it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a record named rec
2.Create a program and define myrec rec in the program
3.Create a function myFun in the program then type "get my" then wake content assist, it did not prompt for myrec
