In new project wizard, if you change the EGL compiler setting,then the setting in preference will be also changed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open preference and remember the EGL Compiler setting
2.Create new project with wizard
3.Change the EGL Compiler setting in the wizard
4.Finish the new project and re-open the preference window, you will find the EGL Compiler setting was changed

This has to be fixed. 

If workspace preference is changed, any project that does not override the compiler setting will be affected. We don't want creation of a new project impact existing projects. 

I think we need another way to remember the last choice.

Yes, the compiler setting in preference will not be impacted when created new project. But if you open the properties of the new project to check the compiler setting, you will find that what you set in the wizard was not effective.

The generator selection is applied correctly. The problem now is that the generator folder setting is not applied correctly.

Change the design, so need a regression test for Project design.

For the compiler/generation setting form, reuse the properties setting code instead of preference code.
