Currently, BlindVisualizerExtension class is under org.eclipse.actf.visualization.blind.internal package. Thus, there are no way to obtain blind visualizers that registered via an extension point "org.eclipse.actf.visualization.blind.blindVisualizer".

We need to provide access to it.
