Description Felix Ziesel CLA 2011-09-14 10:45:04 EDT
It would be a great improvement imho if the editor for test cases would be a table (or maybe a table tree) and not a tree.

1st column: Name of the referenced test case
2nd column: Comment of the reference
3rd column: Parameters Type(yes there could be more than one row)
4th column: Parameters value(yes there could be more than one row)
5th column: Component names (yes there could be more than one row)

The table should also be editable and configurable (column order, hide and add columns in preferences)

We're rejecting this on the following grounds:
- Yes, we do need to make some changes to improve the usability of writing tests, but having more information shown in one place isn't the way to do it.
- Having all this information in the Test Case Editor could mean that we are getting too close to actually writing program code to write the tests - something we want to stay away from.
