Yes, that would work for you. I'm thinking about a solution how to provide this JAR in the repository automatically: Where can I find it? How can I make sure it ends up in the right place with the right POM? etc.

maven.eclipse.org was decommissioned via bug 405750 and replaced with
repo.eclipse.org.
