Build Identifier: 

When creating new project with wizard,in the EGL Settings dialog for EGL Build setting , the button of "Select All" and "Deselect All" are gray

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a EGL project
2."Next" to EGL Setting
3.in the dialog of Define the EGL build Settings, you will find the button are disabled
