The mail smtp plug-in is no longer loading,  which causes a classnotfound exception when an e-mail is to be sent

The following changes were done:

- Renamed ldap.Activator to LdapPlugin class
- Renamed smtp.Activator to SmtpPlugin class
- Protection for null pointer exception when resolving the smtp and ldap
plug-ins.
- SmtpHostPreferencePage, remove static initialization of SMTP plug-in
instance during the construction of the class
