Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entities and Association and Association class between them
2. Create dangled annotation
3. Select Association end in Tigerstripe explorer and select "Annotations/Attach
Dangling Annotation..." in dropdown menu 
See message "There are no dangling annotations that may be attached to the
selected object"

The same issue for accociation class ends
