Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Add method and attribute for Entity
3. Create dangled annotation (annotation for method that not exists in project)
4. Select method in Tigerstripe explorer and select "Annotations/Attach Dangling Annotation..." in dropdown menu 
See message "There are no dangling annotations that may be attached to the selected object"

But the same annotation can be attached to the Entity
