Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project and add Enumeration artifact
2. Add constant for the artifact
3. Add annotation for the constant
4. Add another constant and save changes

See that artifact becomes marked with warning and warning message is displayed in Problems view
Annotation file contains unresolved annotation

In annotation file there are correct annotation for the first added constant
