You'll got the two extra directory levels "myWebSiteProject/WebContent/..." in the ftp target directory you selected when you try to export the content of the WebContent folder of a web site project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a connexion to an ftp server in the remote systems explorer view
2. select a remote dir of the ftp server (target forlder)
3. open the wizard to export files and dirs from a projet (right click)
4. select the "WebContent" folder of a WebSite project (eg. "myWebSiteProject")
5. select the option "create only selected directories"
6. launch the synchronization by clicking on the finish button

=> You'll got the two extra directory levels "myWebSiteProject/WebContent/..." in the target directory :-(

In the Remote Filesystem Export wizard, I believe the option to "create only selected directories" does not apply to the "Review/Synchronize" case. For me, the radio button for that option gets disabled when using Review/Synchronize. Is that not the case for you?

When I select that option (Review...) I get warning about team provider about to be removed. I take it as it would disconnect my project from SVN...? So that obviously is not an option.

At the current state deploying my project to a website is rather complex task. :(
