Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project Project1 with entity
2. Add annotation for the Entity
3. Rename project to Project2
4. Open annotation file 
See that project name in file references is not changed

Reproducible: Always

Close as not a bug.
Annotation uri will be updated if corresponding "model id" (not a project name) is updated
