SSIA. Googled around and found solution though: seems that under Lion OSX there are some compatibility issues with the overview bar annotations and how scroll bars are displayed in windows.

Indigo Service Release 1 was recently released. If you are still experiencing this problem please file a new bug against JDT / UI and include a screenshot any other relevent error details.
