Currently, when a class or other node is renamed, it is not automatically re-added to the context. We need to support this. I'm not sure how or if we'll be able to do this for all editors / views.

This doesn't really depend on 352911, in that the solution for this works, just not optimally. I'm pretty coles to closing this one, pending an answer on the other bug.

Marking as complete. One potential issue is that we need to deal with the case where the user abandons a change by closing the editor without saving. Currently the incidental fact that the update mamanger doesn't get rid of the old handle covers this, but once that is fixed we'll need a more complete solution.
