It would be nice if the Equinox Server-Side packages could support Tomcat 7 Jasper. The changes needing to be made are attached as a patch. This change does not seem to be compatible with the older Jasper 5, so it would likely have to go on its own branch.

I've also attached a README file, with instructions for getting the new jars necessary to test the upgrade. I applied the changes listed, and ran them against org.eclipse.osgi.tests and found no regressions.
