Build Identifier: 20110909

Create a new EGL Web Client project.
The EGL Setting widget no longer shows the Rich UI widgets library.
It should show and be checked but not editable.  Bug 356967.
The Dojo widgets library should be checked by default.
Check the Dojo widgets library.
Finish.
Project is created and org.eclipse.edt.rui.dojo.remote_0.7.0 imported.
But there are errors, and the widget libraries are not imported.
