I can do this with local C++ projects, but not with remote projects. I use the ctrl + tab normally to do this, but right clicking and clicking toggle source / header doesn't work either.

A few notes about my setup. I do use Remote Indexing with RSE C/C++ Indexing Service. It is a linux host, configured as such using dstore.files, dstore.processes, dstore.shells, ssh.terminals. It indexes perfectly and it will let me follow references, even the include in the source file to the header file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a remote project
2. Add files to the remote includes (not sure if that is necessary)
3. Open a file and try to switch to header / source
