Testcase:
- Download:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/eclipse/jetty/test-jetty-nested/7.5.0.v20110901/test-jetty-nested-7.5.0.v20110901.war
- Unzip it and add a file that is bigger than 20KB inside the nested folder.
- Rezip the webapp
- Deploy and start the webapp on cloudfoundry.com
- Load the file. Chrome and Firefox report a "206" Partial. They downloaded only 17.86KB

I have the same issue when running the jetty-nested webapp on a local tomcat.

Definitely fixed for 7.5.2. Verified with a SNAPSHOT build.
