Keyboard focus will stay on a fast view when it is minimized. Keyboard focus should return to the part that had focus before the fast view was opened.

Steps

1) Minimize the package explorer
2) Open an editor and confirm it has focus.
3) Open the package explorer fast view by clicking on the tool item.
4) Remember the element in the package explorer that is currently selected.
4) Close the package explorer by clicking on the tool item
5) Use the up and down arrow keys and note that nothing happens in the editor. It did not have focus.
6) Re-open the package explorer and note that its selected item has changed corresponding to the keys you pressed while it was close.

While not really a duplicate of bug 340875, the fix for 340875 will fix this defect.
