In SWT is possible to set the text on CCombo created with READ_ONLY style flag or make it not editable by CCombo#setEditable( false ). In RAP this is not possible.

The CCombo methods setText, getText, updateText were pasted from Combo. Fixed by adjusting these methods to accept text on READ_ONLY and non editable CCombo. Changes are in CVS HEAD.
