The content type header ist not set in writeHtmlPart => getHtlmPart will noct work on this MimeMessage

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a MimeMessage with createMimeMessageFromWordArchive
2. fetch html-part with getHtmlPart => htmlPart will not extracted
