Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109072102

1) Create a new Web client with service project
2) Right click the default dd file, and click 'Deploy EGL Descriptor'
3) A 'yes' & 'no' dialog displays, I think an 'OK' dialog is better.

Reproducible: Always

Jing's comment in a note:
I think in RBD/CE, a dialog opens saying that the deployment descriptor has no target project defined, do you want to define one now?
Yes - will open the .egldd in editor, and have the focus on the target project combo, so user can create one
No - will do nothing. no deployment will happen.

I also believe that's how it should work.
