Build Identifier: 20110908 nightly build

Default RuiHandler created by wizard got error message in design view & preview.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Web Client project
2. Create RuiHandler by default wizard
3. Swith to design view, GridLayOut won't shown and got error message as follow
 'egl.eglx.ui.rui.RUILib.prototype' is null or not an object. Detailed infomation see the attachement.
4. Swith to preview, got the same error
