If an advisor node for a plug-in overrides the version number and buckminster.download.source=true, then the resolution process fails if the source plug-in cannot be found.

From Thomas' comment:
It seems that when you override the version, the filter gets overridden too. Please file a bug on that.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a plug-in without source
2. Make a buckminster cquery and rmap that can find the binary plug-in
3. Set buckminster.download.source=true in properties
4. Make an advisor node that overrides the version number
5. Resolve and fail
